No. We believe proper candidate conversations are essential to better matching.
Can you work with our internal hiring process?
Yes. We aim to complement your process while bringing more structure and clarity to the recruitment stage.
Do you send Cv’s before terms of business are signed?
No. We will need the terms of business agreed and signed before submitting a candidate. Please note, there is no contract or obligation to use Hartwell Care once the terms are signed. It offers protection for both parties relating to the introduction of candidates and the rebate scheme in place should it be needed.
